The Spanish real estate boom of the late 20th century gave birth to some of the most popular tourist destinations on the face of the earth. One of them was the Costa del Sol, or Coast of the Sun. The easiest and most effective way to hang anything on a wall is to use a wall anchor. This includes larger picture frames, paintings and even shelves. The size of the anchor you need depends on the weight of the object you intend to hang. What happens if you don’t use an anchor? In all likelihood larger items like shelves and paintings will go crashing to the floor.

Installing a wall anchor is fairly easy, especially when you are hanging smaller items. If there is no available stud for the anchor screw or the Fasteners , an anchor can be inserted into the drywall alone and it will support items of up to ten pounds.
